We use your information to operate Markondo — matching brokers to deals, routing inquiries, and providing customer support. We may send transactional emails (account notifications, inquiry replies) and, if you've consented, marketing emails (new deals, market insights).

When you send an inquiry about a project or deal, your name, email, and message are shared with the developer or publisher. We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. Data retention

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. Inquiries and messages are retained for record-keeping.

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account at any time. EU users: you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, and erase your data.
