You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Developers: you represent that you have the right to list every project you submit. Brokers: you represent that inquiries you send are genuine.

4. Prohibited uses

No spam, no harassment, no false listings, no circumventing the platform to avoid fees. Accounts that violate these will be suspended.

5. Liability

Markondo is a platform; we don't guarantee deal completion, price accuracy, or property condition. Always perform your own due diligence.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
